Nichols Solar Spring Water on Tap

Research first started in 1982.

In collector storage (ICS) of five gallons of the purified water eliminates the need for a separate storage tank.  Made from Solid 316, 24 gauge Stainless Steel. Water may be taken directly to a sink faucet.

In collector storage (ICS) also allows a time for "cooking" in the sun driving off hydrocarbons, exposure to heavy UV exposure, and out-gassing of chlorine that is vented through the overflow to the atmosphere. Exposure to sunlight and temperatures of up to 190 F further purify the incoming water.

Local minerals are added to the now pristine condensing water vapor and overflow into a storage trough thereby keeping within the collector a perfect blend of mineralized water. The stored water has now gone through a process that is repeated every day in nature. Limestone (Magnesium and calcium) with a taste of iron make "Solar Spring Water" very similar to Tucson well water that has always been the best tasting water in the country and better than bottled water.  The output is roughly 80 ppm with enough minerals stored within the collector for the next 30 years. Our local water supply is currently running at 315 ppm mineral content and will rise to 460 ppm as the CAP water continues to infiltrate into our aquifer. Minerals cannot be filtered out but can be replaced with sodium from water softeners but is not suitable for plants or humans.

Tap water should be avoided because it also contains chlorine and may contain fluoride a toxic substances that, with ongoing consumption, can have dire consequences for the body. Distilled water should also be avoided because it has the wrong ionization, pH, polarization and oxidation potentials, and can drain your body of necessary minerals. It has been tied to hair loss, which is often associated with certain mineral deficiencies.

"Spring Water” - in geology, natural flow of water from the ground or from rocks, representing an outlet for the water that has accumulated in permeable rock strata underground. Some of the water that falls as rain soaks into the soil and is drawn downward by gravity to a depth where all openings and pore spaces in the rock or soil have become completely saturated with water."

The “Nichols Solar Spring Water" system neutralizes the natural acidy of distilled water that has combined with carbon dioxide in the atmosphere that became acidic, aggressive and adsorbs plasticizers and metals it comes in contact with. Stored pure distilled water can become quickly contaminated if not kept in specialized containers and piping. “Nichols Solar Spring Water" is not aggressive once mineralized and common piping and plumbing fixtures can be used without contamination from the materials used.

What is Spring Water?

Limestone is a sedimentary rock composed largely of the mineral calcite (calcium carbonate: CaCO3). Like most other sedimentary rocks, limestone is composed of grains, however, around 80-90% of limestone grains are skeletal fragments of marine organisms such as coral or foraminifera.
